The Grizzly Valley ATV Club rides and maintains backcountry ATV routes throughout the Tumbler Ridge area
Since 2013, the Grizzly Valley ATV Club has been riding and maintaining backcountry routes throughout the Tumbler Ridge area. Their trail network reaches some of the region’s most stunning and remote locations—including Mountain Goat Canyon, Thunder Mountain, Roman Mountain, and Onion Lake.
GVATVC is entirely volunteer-run, with a focus on promoting safe, respectful ATV use and maintaining access through responsible stewardship. The club works closely with land managers, promotes rider education, and takes an active role in maintaining trails that serve both recreation and conservation goals.
In addition to trail work, the club organizes group outings that bring riders together while raising awareness about safety and environmental responsibility.
In Tumbler Ridge, ATVing is more than a way to explore – it’s a connection to landscape, community, and a shared responsibility to care for the places we ride.

Being part of TRORA means we’re not out here doing this alone. We get to be part of something bigger that helps protect access for all users and make sure our trail network keeps growing in the right direction.
